So the Generals are revolting, are they?

This is of course, unprecedented in American History.  After all, everyone knows how close Patton and Roosevelt were.  And MacArthur and Truman?  Two peas in a pod!
Who ever heard of two alpha males who didn't get along?  But if you believe what you read in the papers and see on tv, anyone who ever earned a star thinks Rummy's a Dummy.

Then you find out that this enormous crowd of Brass isn't enough men to field a baseball team.

Then you find out that there are actually thousands of retired Generals out there.  I've heard anywhere from two to seven thousand retired American Generals are alive in the U.S. today.

Let's take the conservative approach and assume that there are only 1000 retired Generals alive today.  That would make the handful of complainers a representative sample of only...seven tenths of one percent.  That's .07%.
If there are really 7000 retired Stars out there, then these guys are only .001%.

To put this in perspective; Bush won Florida in 2000 by a much larger percentage than this.

Next time MSM, don't bother me til you've got at least 1%.
