They say that good fences make good neighbors, but I say good pizza does.

A good neighbor is one who snow blows your driveway for you, not because you asked him to, but because he's out with his blower and your drive was full of snow. 

A good neighbor tells you  the score of the Twins game when your parents don't have cable and you're only five so you can't order it yourself.

A good neighbor has nice kids the same age as yours. 

A good neighbor gives you pizza because the one they had delivered had pepperoni and they're vegetarian but they don't want to make a fuss, so they just order another one and give you the good one.

That actually happened last night.  I was about to go to bed when there was a knock on the door and my neighbor said exactly that.  When he told me what the mistaken pizza had on it, I started to laugh because it was our favorite.  In fact, I have a suspicion that when the pizza place up the street saw their address, they just automatically made them our usual, 'cuz that's how often we order pizza.
