Good books are going to be the death of me.

I just stayed up til 2:00 am for three straight nights reading The Other Boleyn Girl, by Phillipa Gregory.  My sister recommended it to me and ooooHHHH, was it good.

Plus, it's historical fiction so I could pretend I was learning something and not just wasting my time reading a sexy potboiler set amid Henry VIII's scheming, amoral courtiers.

What fun!  Now I want to look up Anne Boleyn and find out more about her.  In this book, she's the Hillary Clintom of the sixteenth century.  In fact, LOOK OUT, HILLARY!  GETTING WHAT YOU WANT WILL ONLY GET YOU BEHEADED!

Let that be a lesson to all of you who think unbridled ambition is a smart lifestyle choice.
