How good is today?

Sunny, breezy, eighty degrees...it's perfect!

I took the kids to school a little early as they both had things to do before classes started so I was at work before ten.  Got two chairseats painted by 11:15- to go on the chairs of the set I painted last week.  The one covered with faux Atwell drawings.  I did two more for the cushions.  That set's cuter than heck dipped in icecream.

Then I went for a bike ride down the park way.  I didn't go all the way to the falls as I knew I'd want my lunch before I could finish that trek.  So I did a five mile there and back again.  Broke a good sweat.  As I was eating lunch, MJ called.  She only worked a half day and wanted me to come see the colors she'd chosen for her house.  It's actually Kent's house but he's finally agreed to change the beige.

I'm waiting now for Zack to call.  I have to pick him up and deliver him somewhere, pick Josie up from school, go get Zack, get to the grocery store and then take Josie to Karate.  It was picture day at the high school today.  I hope Zack smiled.

Anyway, I've gotten to do exactly what I've wanted since nine oclock this morning so now I have a busy three hours in front of me. 

We'll have chef salad for dinner.  It's Josie's favorite and it's pretty hard to beat when you've got fresh tomatoes from your very own garden.

Got my new copy of the Limbaugh letter.  I think I'll take it down to the park to read, just to see if any of the neighbors picks a fight with me.

That's always fun.
