Thanks to Netflix, I watch movies now that I've never even heard of.  I loved the tv show, Firefly, so I looked up Nathan Fillion to see why I haven't heard of him since that show got cancelled and discovered he was in some horror movie last year that completely escaped my notice.  Oh well, put it on my list!

I hate horror movies.  This one I liked and not just because of Captain Reynolds.

It was actually hilarious.  Not unintentionally funny, like Nightmare on Elmstreet, which, I'm sorry Woody but if that is the movie that scared you the most, never ever watch the XFiles.  Slither was actually really funny.  The whole thing was more like Big Trouble in Little China or Shawn of the Dead; scary and gross but laugh out loud funny, too.

The extras were great, as well.  If I ever see this one in the 5 dollar rack at Best Buy, I'll get it.
