I consider mapquest and websites for schools one of the many ways in which now is the best time of all.  In the olden days, when my Mom was attending eight to eleven school events a week, if she didn't know the way to a particular venue, she would call the sherriff's department to get directions.  Nowadays, I just go to my kid's schools' website, click on the calendar, find the event and click on the venue and mapquest gives me directions to the park, school or gym.  Neat, huh?

But it's not perfect.

Zack plays up at Edison High tonight.  When I clicked on "Edison Highschool", mapquest gave me directions to Edina Country Club.

I could understand if I accidentally got directions to Edina Highschool, but the country club?

Fortunately for me, I know the difference, but I can't help but wonder what will happen if a bunch of purple clad Laker supporters show up at this very chi chi upscale country club tonight demanding to see some hoops action.

Now I gotta go find directions to Edison High.
