Too busy this week!  I'm trying to prepare for a show in April.  I didn't want to be an artist of the month.  I'd really rather just keep filling orders but the shop wants to feature new stuff by me. 

I don't have any new stuff.

I hate it when they make me work like this.

Anyway, it's tournament time, so in addition to trying to think up new designs, I've got twice as many basketball games to go to as usual.  Had two last night.  Zack, who is now playing jv instead of varsity, is actually enjoying it a lot more.  The jv team wins once in a while and he plays the whole game.  On varsity, he sat out most of the game and watched his team lose.  Over and over.  And over.

And over.

So now he's playing jv, scoring lots of points and winning.  He had 18 last night.  Oh, and jv plays early, so we were able to go from Zack's game to Jay's game at MCTC, where the state juco tourny started yesterday.

It was an up and down day.  Zack had a great game, but he didn't do well on his latest algebra test.  Jay's team won and advanced to the next round, but someone broke into his car at school.  Security caught the guy on camera and they nabbed him red handed, but he had already smashed the window in.

On the other hand, Katie not only got into the U of M's law school, they are offering her a significant scholarship. 
So I guess in the end it was a great day with a few inconvenient moments.

The latest storm of the century only dropped a half and inch of sleet.  Big Whoop.

Now I have to get ready to go to Josie's game.  Then another for Jay later on.  I'm ready for the season to end.
