Last game of the season.  Zack's playing really well although Southwest is losing to North.  Then, in the third quarter, fighting for a rebound, Zack came down on someone's foot.  Ankle goes the wrong way.  Big kid goes down, doesn't come up.

It takes a lot to fell a tree like Zack.  Fairly bad sprain.  His leg looked like a snake that ate a chicken.  He can't put any weight on it.  He said that when he felt it go, the only thought in his head was "March madness!"

So we get home from the game and I can't get the car up the driveway.  Sometime during the evening it became as slick as ice.  Poor Zack had to hobble all the way up it on his own.  I had to park the car around the corner.

Now he may not be able to go up to TRF with Jay and the team tomorrow, like he planned.  If he can't walk, he can't go.

Maybe the morning will be better.
