We just got a hand written note from William Hoye, an associate Dean of Duke Law School, telling Katie that if she chooses them, they'll let her start a Scrabble club.

The wooing is getting serious.

Unfortunately for Duke, the package also included an article from the National Law Journal, touting the top ten law schools in the country for placement and salary.  Duke is highlighted at no.5, right behind Harvard.  I say "unfortunately" because Columbia law is up at number 1 and Katie got in there as well.

At the moment, her decision is between Columbia, because why wouldn't you choose no. 1, and Minnesota, because they've offered to pay for her.  Home court advantage, you could say.

But a scrabble club...

The ball is definitely still in play.
