We watched Denzel's movie, Deja vu a few days ago.  I love Denzel and will give anything he's in a shot, but I must say the first half hour of this was almost too much.  It was the stupidest thing I'd ever seen.  Then it suddenly changed.  What happened was that Denzel's character basically said "this is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of, what's really going on?"

It starts out like a hi-tech cop drama but the hi-tech made no sense.  But it turns out it's really a sci fi time travel cop drama!

Well.

That's better.

Once I know what I'm watching, I can embrace the stupidity and love it.

It turned out to be really good.
