What "is" is

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, then Governor of Arkansas Bill Clinton harrassed Paula Jones.
Now, regardless of what you think of sexual harrassment laws, they are law. Ms. Jones sued Mr. Clinton in civil court and in the process of investigating then President Clinton's pattern of behavior with subordinate females, unearthed his relationship with a Ms. Lewinski.
At which point President Clinton lied. Lied to investigators, lied under oath.
Physical evidence proved he lied.
Yet when he was impeached for committing perjury while in office, our Senate refused to convict him.
An important point; Clinton lied in a case in which a crime had actually been committed.
Lewis Libby was convicted of the exact same thing that Clinton was guilty yet acquitted of; he lied during the investigation of something else.
Libby lied in a case in which no crime had been committed.
And now the same bunch in Washington who refused to convict Clinton of perjury are screaming and gnashing their teeth over the fact that Libby won't serve two and a half years in prison.
Kids, no matter what the definition of "is" is, this is the definition of Hypocrisy.
