I watched a Nick Cage movie last week called Next.  This thing had apparently gone straight to videw and it's a good thing.  I 'd hate to think that anyone paid seven dollars to waste time on this movie.  Nick plays a small time Vegas Magician who uses his ability to see the future in his act.  His talent?  He can see his own future but only two minutes ahead.

Sounds like a skit on SNL, doesn't it?

I wish it had been that entertaining.

The movie had some fairly large talent attached to it.  Julianne Moore plays an FBI agent who somehow figured out that the second rate lounge act wasn't magic and Jessica Biel plays the beauty who for some reason doesn't fnd Nick Cage repulsive.

Really, Nick, what the hell is up with your hair???  Someone ought to tell Mr. Cage that bald on top and long flowing locks in back is the worst look imaginable.  Joe Dirt has better hair.  But it wasn't just the hair.  Nick Cage looks like his own dead, reanimated corpse.  Yuck.

"Next!" is exactly what you should say if anyone suggests watching this dreck.
