Bill Bennet wrote something that made me laugh.  I'm paraphrasing but the gist of it was that the Democrats have nominated a far left candidate, like McGovern, only without McGovern's military and political record.  A candidate as far left as Mike Dukakis but without Dukakis's executive experience as Governor of Massachusetts.  A candidate farther left even than John Kerry but lacking Kerry's long record of decades in the senate.  A candidate as unkown and unvetted as Jimmy Carter only without Carter's religious integrity!

Yep.

But if he loses, it'll be "because he's black".
