This article is as stupid as saying "It's clear the chemo and radiation weren't necessary; my tumors are gone."

Although, I will grant his point in the very last paragraph that our federal agencies aren't doing as efficient a job as they could.  But don't worry, I'm sure they'll be much better at providing health care to 300 million of us than they are at waging war against a rag tag bunch of third world rejects.
