Pat Green!!

In the middle of the week that was, Jay, Mr. Curry and I caught Pat Green's show at Toby Keith's bar in St. Louis Park.
It was totally fun.
Eric pulled some strings and got us a table in the VIP section. We had a clear view of the stage, eating our blackened Tilapia, behind a chain so the hoi polloi couldn't get at us. It was like being an exhibit at the zoo.
Before Mr. Green hit the stage at 10, a group of young men lifted the chain and plunked themselves down on the sectional couch behind us. So we weren't the only VIPs in the place.
Turns out, they were the headliners, coming on after Pat was finished warming up the bar; a Fargo based group with a huge following in Minnesota called 32 Below.
We stayed for the beginning of their set, as well. They were really good!
It was a great way to spend a Thursday night!!
