...that was me, yesterday. It's amazing how the errands pile up when you ignore them for a day.

Tuesday evening, I walked up to the station to pick up my car while Josie waited at home for the pizza to be delivered.

Wednesday I attempted to accomplish all the things I should have done on Tuesday.

First, the bank.  As any good multi tasker will tell you, location depends entirely on what other errands must be run.  I put money in my account so the canvas I ordered will be paid for, then I stopped and picked up something I'd back ordered that finally came in, then stopped at Sam's Club.  I had a whole slew of photos to make; Bill and Jen's wedding and a dozen new designs.  I didn't realize how many pictures I'd taken but there were a lot of parties around that wedding and I remembered my camera at most of them.

134 pictures later, I was able to do my shopping.  We're out of everything.  Fortunately, the Sam's I was at had Worcestershire sauce, which the Sam's I usually go to hasn't had it in months.  This club also had Wishbone Italian dressing, which the one on 494 hasn't carried in years.  It's always good to mix things up.  I didn't have time to check and see if they had C&H brown sugar.

Half way to Zack's to pick him up, I realized I'd forgotten to buy eggs.

Oh well.

Zack and I went home, he did laundry and put several more cds on my Ipod and I ran over to Woody's to pick up what Margy assures me are not 'clippers' but 'loppers'.  Turns out, he'd borrowed them early in the spring and forgot about them till he read my last post.

He had my shark saw, too.

So I decided to put off driving up to Continental Clay (Stinson Blvd) to buy brushes till tomorrow, went back home and had a ball for ten minutes, cutting down all the volunteer trees in my back yard.  I was tempted to trim the purple ash as well but I fought it.

There were about a dozen maple trees growing in the shade of the ash, ranging from one to four feet tall.  I cut them all down with a single snip each.

I love those loppers!

When I had a huge pile of trees, cut into manageable lengths, I realized I'd forgotten to buy lawn bags.  Oh well.

Frost warning last night.  First of the season.  Chris harvested as much as she could and brought us a bunch.  We turned on the heat when we went to bed.

It may have been a mistake; I thought it was stuffy.  But at least we weren't freezing this morning.  There was frost on the fields at the park but our flowers all came through unscathed.

Hah!  Take that, jack!

Now the sun's out and the windows are open and I have to get up to Continental Clay to buy brushes that will make my work that much easier to finish.

Gotta get to the special orders; they're what will keep the doors open.  God bless the rich!  They're the only ones who can afford art.
